Yes. Our mouth tape is designed with a safety vent — a small opening that allows airway access if needed. It holds the lips together without sealing them shut. Suitable for most adults, but if you have respiratory conditions, check with your doctor first.
No — as long as you remove it correctly. Soak the strip with a few seconds of warm water before peeling. This loosens the adhesive and the strip releases cleanly without redness or residue. Pulling it off dry is what causes the sting.
We offer two sizes — Standard (60mm) and Small (48mm). Standard fits most adults. If you have a narrower nose bridge or standard strips don't sit flat, try the small size. When in doubt, start with standard.
We are completing TGA registration for both products as Class I medical devices. This is underway and we will be fully registered before any product ships. All materials are hypoallergenic and medical-grade.
Nasal strips work best for snoring caused by nasal congestion or mouth breathing. If snoring is caused by sleep apnea, see a doctor. We recommend trying the Couples Pack first — if you don't notice a difference within the first week of consistent use, reach out and we'll sort you out.

Yes. Both products use medical-grade hypoallergenic adhesive and backing materials. The mouth tape uses bamboo silk or cotton — gentle, breathable and suitable for sensitive skin. If you have known adhesive allergies, test on a small patch of skin before your first full night of use.
